Creation of an integral, methodological, robust, and efficient dashboard that allows the alignment of the regional bank’s management with what is established in the Institutional Strategic Framework (MEI). In this sense, for the incorporation and adaptation of the CMI, especially regarding the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for actions and initiatives defined by digital government, open data, and digital transformation.
