Arkkosoft developed an AI-based chatbot for the Government Entity with the aim of facilitating the consultation of the Municipal Code of Costa Rica. Previously, users had to download and manually search through an extensive PDF document. Now, thanks to the chatbot, they can ask questions in natural language and receive immediate answers about municipal regulations.
