  • Automated external queries: The agent retrieves customer information directly from multiple governmental platforms.
  • Validation of key information: The agent automatically verifies tax data, obligation history, delinquency status, employment status, compliance with social security, and relevant financial records.
  • Automatic KYC generation: It creates the KYC document and sends it to the customer automatically without human intervention.
