The first challenge we solved as a team was to redesign the existing architecture, following API-based connectivity. Additionally, the team drafted the project requirements and business cases for the various donation processes.

Subsequently, the solution was developed using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform in its Systems Integration Center. The solution was successfully implemented and the customer can now easily use the newly formatted data. This data is now used to generate all necessary operational reports and analyzes around the plasma donation cycle.
